In the vineyard, with a sustainability focus, the philosophy is that of the analytical
selection of the grapes. In the cellar the approach is moderately modernist, with
ageing that takes place partially in small barrels. For the rest, the style of Brunello
di San Filippo is essential and traditional.
The color is ruby red with a slight tendency to garnet. The nose is intense and
complex, spicy, with dominant notes of morello cherm The olfactory phase
continues on the palate. The taste is full, harmonious, and persistent, with dense
and silky tannins.
